A gentleman came to our firm with complaints of ongoing knee problems after a total knee replacement surgery. We conducted a medical investigation and discovered the client had a defective device that failed due to the defective design of the device. The Defendant medical device manufacturer was unwilling to make a settlement offer so we filed suit in federal court.
